HOSTMAFIA primarily provides digital products and online services. Due to the nature of these services, most purchases are non-refundable once activated, provisioned, or delivered.
2. Accidental Orders & Duplicate Payments
Refund requests may be considered only in cases where:
- A service was ordered accidentally.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same invoice.
- The service has not been actively used.
- The refund request is submitted within 3 calendar days of payment.
All refund requests are subject to manual review and approval by HOSTMAFIA.
3. VPS Services
All VPS services are strictly non-refundable.
- No refund after VPS deployment.
- No refund for configuration issues.
- No refund for customer misuse.
- No refund for software incompatibility.
- No refund due to change of mind.
4. Domain Registration Services
All domain registrations, renewals, transfers and related domain services are strictly non-refundable.
- Domain registrations cannot be cancelled once submitted.

5. Web Hosting Services
Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting and other hosting services are generally non-refundable after activation.

6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment provider and banking systems.

- Suspended accounts.
- Abuse or policy violations.
- Domain registrations and renewals.
- VPS deployments.
- Promotional purchases.

8. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact HOSTMAFIA before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and legal action where applicable.
